Key Responsibility:
1) TikTok Shop Channel Management
- Own full P&L and growth performance of Lotus's TikTok Shop store
- Optimize product visibility through:
- Shop merchandising
- Content seeding
- Creator collaborations
- Platform campaigns (mega campaigns, flash deals, etc.)
- Work closely with Commercial team to prioritize hero SKUs and margin structure
- Monitor and improve key metrics:
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure healthy fulfillment SLAs and stock availability
- Identify and execute growth levers specific to TikTok commerce behavior
2) Affiliate Program Build & Scale
- Manage Lotus's Affiliate program framework end-to-end
- Recruit, onboard, and manage creators, publishers, and affiliate partners
- Improve commission structures and incentive models aligned with targets
- Work with Affiliates platform provider to improve platform functionality
- Build scalable creator tiers (e.g., long-tail creators vs top KOLs) and creator community
- Track and optimize affiliate performance
- TikTok Shop GMV growth
- Affiliate-driven GMV and new customers
- CPA / CPS within target
- Number and productivity of active affiliates
- Creator content volume and conversion efficiency
Qualifications:
- 36+ years in eCommerce, social commerce, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Proven track record of driving GMV or acquisition growth
- Comfortable working with data dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
- Experience in marketplace or omnichannel retail
- Existing creator / affiliate network in Thailand
- Familiarity with CPAS, creator commerce, or live commerce
- Experience working with large SKU catalogs
