TikTok Video Editor AI Creative Production (BL, C-drama)

Dear candidates, Proficient in video editing with a strong creative sense, including experience producing engaging content for BL/GL genres; able to deliver high-quality edits tailored for diverse audiences (Chinese markets), with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume editing with organized files and on-time publishing — focused on TikTok, extending to YouTube and Meta
• Drive AI-first video production — using AI tools across the workflow for video generation, asset creation, and content optimization as a core part of the role
• Edit and refine TikTok short-form videos from raw footage with strong narrative, pacing, subtitles, effects, and platform-fit style
• Collaborate closely with content planners and account operators to interpret creative briefs and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs that align with campaign objectives
• Review performance metrics and audience feedback to iterate and improve video formats, ensuring continued creative relevance and alignment with evolving TikTok policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience editing TikTok or short-form video, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, trend-responsive edits at scale across multiple accounts or brands — with both speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools, with strong subtitle, transition, effects, and localization skills
• Hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools is required (e.g., Runway, Kling, PixVerse, HeyGen, Murf.ai / ElevenLabs)
• Strong collaborator who can interpret briefs and manage workflows independently under tight turnarounds
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple editing tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• English (or Chinese) as a working language preferred

Bonus Points

• Experience creating viral TikTok content
• Passion for entertainment — especially C-drama, Thai BL/GL, or AI-generated content
• Hands-on experience with AI video workflows or prompt engineering (required)
