TMHI AB are looking for a dedicated team player, (
based in Bangkok) with people skills, a technical background and preferably also a commercial mindset. You will be responsible for the support of the service and technical business towards our partners (independent distributors and sales companies) who are working with Toyota electrical Warehouse trucks. Your role is to make sure our partners have the knowledge, setup and processes to maximize service operations quality, service contract coverage and service technician knowledge. We are currently looking for an individual to take responsibility for some of our key markets in Southeast Asia.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Service Business and Operations Support - To coach the staff at our partner companies to develop their service operations quality, but also their service contract- and parts business.
- Technical Training Prepare and carry out training and coaching of staff at the Partner Companies, online or face to face. Identify and monitor technical training needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Technical Support - To monitor and coach distributors regarding technical support on the one hand, while also monitoring and supporting quality work on behalf of our factories. This can be done remotely or on-site, in cooperation with the partner's staff.
We believe you are a structured and methodical individual with strong people skills. You are results-oriented, pragmatic and you enjoy working in an international environment. You have an eye for details, but you also understand the bigger picture.
- We expect you to have experience in Toyota electrical warehouse trucks and a technical background either by higher schooling and/or work experience in the Electrical/Hydraulic/Mechanical field.
- Experience in conducting technical trainings, technical support, coaching and/or leadership experience is highly meriting.
- Knowledge and/or experience in programming is considered a plus.
- We expect you to be fluent in English, while additional languages means you have a clear advantage (e.g., Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa, Filipino, etc.).
- You have experience from a few years of work in service operations in Materials Handling, Transport trucks, Construction equipment, Automotive or similar business/industry, but feel that you still have a lot to learn within your area of expertise.
- Having commercial experience will help you drive the business side and is therefore meriting, but most important is having the right mindset.
