The Manager is required to manage the growth of existing businesses as well as develop new business, supervise Senior Account Executive and Account Executive for looking after policy renewal for the assigned accounts and business development operating for Credit Solutions products.

What the day will look like
- Develop account management plan and service strategies for both existing and new clients for business growth purpose
- Create and maintain good relationship with clients, insurers, controlling offices and team members.
- Advice clients on insurance policy management and uninsured exposures.
- Handle cross selling
- Coordinate with Segment Leader and team member to prepare budget and forecast.
- Supervise and give advice to team member for any business-related issue
- Perform other tasks assigned by Segment Leader
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Direct/Reinsurance/Life Insurance License
- Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-life Insurances or Banking or Customer Management
- Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints
- Computer Skills
- Insurance Knowledge
- Good English writing and speaking
- Fluency in Thai
