Trade Finance Manager

Assistant Vice President,Trade Finance Processing

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trade Finance Manager and this individual is responsible for structure trade finance processing. Knowledge of commodities will be good to have.

Responsibilities

• Process daily trade transactions in a timely and accurate manner within service level agreement
• Perform pre-processing review of customers submissions and conduct documentary checks
• Ensure that regulatory, bank's policies, guidelines, control and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to
• Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports to internal stakeholders and/or customers
• Liaise with client and relevant stake holders on updating transaction statuses and support addressing transaction related queries

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC, ISP, URDG and strong in Trade Finance Processing
• At least 5-10 years of structured trade experience, covering all imports and exports trade products
• Ability to manage daily operations with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications
• Resilient and flexible in challenging circumstances
