Job Description

Responsible for driving the growth of our trade finance portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining good relationships with customer, offering tailored trade finance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of traditional trade, structured trade and market trends, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Trade Finance Business Development:

  • Identify and proactively approach potential customers in various industries to promote and sell trade finance products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customer.
  • Understand customers business needs and provide customized trade finance solutions.

Trade Finance Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and changes in trade finance products.
  • Provide customers with excellent advice on the benefits and features of our trade finance offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including risk management, operations, and Global Market and other business units to ensure seamless execution and delivery of trade finance solutions.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. (if any)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Experienced in Trade Finance Sale with minimum 5 year with proven track record of successful sales in the trade finance or banking industry.
  • Good understanding of traditional trade finance , supply chain finance, and structured trade finance is also preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
