The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for Trade Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Excellence team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, drive effective trade marketing planning and flawless inmarket execution across MT, GT, and OTC channels to support brand growth, sales objectives, and shopper conversion. The role focuses on translating brand strategy into tradeready activities, coordinating execution with sales and partners, and ensuring strong operational support for POSM, promotions, and instore activation, while retaining key operational and administrative responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include
- Trade Marketing Planning & Activation
- Support development and rollout of trade marketing plans by channel (MT, GT, OTC) aligned with brand and sales strategy.
- Translate marketing campaigns into tradeready toolkits (POSM, mechanics, display guidelines, activation plans).
- Coordinate execution of trade promotions, instore activations, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support shopper marketing initiatives to improve visibility, conversion, and basket size at point of sales
- POSM & InStore Execution Management
- Coordinate POSM development, production, allocation, and delivery with marketing, agencies, suppliers, and distributors.
- Ensure POSM and displays are executed according to brand guidelines and channel standards.
- Support merchandising initiatives including shelf placement, secondary displays, and promotional visibility.
- Monitor POSM stock, replenishment, and usage efficiency.
- Execution Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
- Consolidate execution results from field force, distributors, and merchandising agencies.
- Maintain execution trackers for campaigns, displays, and promotions across channels.
- Compile store photos, execution scorecards, and postcampaign performance summaries.
- Provide basic insights and recommendations to improve future trade execution.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Support trade marketing budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Manage administrative tasks related to promotions, sampling, and instore activities.
- Support system updates, documentation, and compliance requirements related to trade activities.
- Assist in organizing trade events, sales meetings, and execution reviews.
