Key Responsibility
- Analyze sales (P&L) and trade spending (TTA) to improve performance
- Build promotion plans (timing, discount level, frequency)
- Improve in-store execution (availability, visibility, merchandising)
- Plan product assortment & new product listings (NPD) per retailer
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness (ROI, uplift, display impact)
- Use market data & shopper insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams
- Manage trade marketing budget effectively
- Lead and develop merchandising team
- Build strong relationships with retail partners
Qualification
- 7+ years of experience in trade marketing (FMCG Required)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Experience in modern trade & in-store management
- Knowledge of personal care / cosmetics market
- Good English communication
