Main Responsibilities
- Develop trade marketing strategies and execution plans of GT channel to achieve value & volume sales, offtake, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities
- Maximize Abbott Nutrition trade sales and margin revenue through the effective management and execution of trade marketing activities - ideation, planning and budgeting, execution and implementation of campaign activities, point of sales materials and promotions, including resource allocation with optimal management of resource mix
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other cross functional teams to create trade marketing campaigns including brand campaigns, loyalty programs, promotional activities that deliver customized value propositions
- Drive brand awareness and profitability through the execution of distribution, merchandising, promotion and pricing strategies and visibilities at end-consumer levels
- Lead execution and tracking process with cross functional team and external parties to deliver timely and quality report on reimbursement, execution and activity, distribution and visibility and other KPIs
- Secure necessary approvals and ensure business compliances inline with the company policies/compliance requirements

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experienced in trade marketing in FMCG, with strong track record
