Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop channel strategy and trade plans for Open Trade together with Sales & Marketing leaders.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, in-store activation, visibility and POSM by shop-type to support sales targets.
  • Analyze sell-in & sell-out data by SKU / customer / region to generate insights and action plans.
  • Work closely with distributors, field sales, and key customers to drive numeric & weighted distribution, new product push, and channel development.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and business reviews (incl. JBP with key customers).
  • Manage BTL / trade marketing budget for Open Trade to ensure effective ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales / Trade Marketing, with at least 3 years in Open Trade channel in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of Open Trade structure, distribution models, and shop-type segmentation.
  • Experience in Route-to-Market & distributor management, numeric / weighted distribution growth, and trade promotion planning.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to work with sell-in / sell-out reports, dashboards, and channel insights.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
