Job description:
Trade Marketing Manager Ray-ban, Responsible for planning budgets and developing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. The role drives trade promotions, in-store execution, and cross-channel campaigns, working closely with regional, commercial, and PR teams. It ensures strong brand presence, smooth campaign execution, agency coordination, KPI tracking, and continuous market and competitor insight
- Plan budget, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for each channel of trade based on brand direction, product features and target markets of responsible portfolio.
- Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing and commercial teams.
- Improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Collaborate in cross-functional environments including but not limited to regional brand marketing, PR & Commercial teams to execute on initiatives that will advance our efforts to enrich customer experiences.
- Develop and pitch marketing plans integrated with influencers and digital solutions while including both lens and frame.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliverables.
- Coordinate with external agencies including but not limited to social media, event and production.
- Compile reports detailing the effects (KPIs) exerted by each campaign and sharing these with superiors.
- Keep up to date with the latest advertising, digital marketing, influencer trends and share report monthly for competitive activities.
- Other related to marketing task as assigned
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing planning & executions, knowledge in fashion & eyewear industry would be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Fields.
