• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with annual sales targets across TT, MT, B2B, and Online channels
• Manage trade marketing budget and ensure effective ROI on promotions, displays, and trade investments
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Principals, and Supply Chain to drive distribution growth, visibility, and in-store excellence
• Lead new product launches including forecasting, distribution planning, channel roll-out strategy, and execution standards
• Monitor sales performance, promotion effectiveness, and competitor activities; recommend actionable strategies to improve sell-out
• Analyze trade data (sell-in, sell-out, stock level, promotion uplift) to support business decision-making
• Conduct field visits to evaluate execution quality and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and deliver product and promotion training to sales teams
• Maintain strong working relationships with brand owners/principals and key customers
• Act as key contact person for product-related and trade-related matters
Functional Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels (TT, MT, B2B)
• Proven experience in managing trade promotions and sales-driven campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and forecast demand
• Experience in managing trade marketing budgets and ROI analysis
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and reporting tools
