Support sales growth by planning and executing trade marketing activities across TT, MT, and B2B channels. Strengthen product visibility, distribution, and promotional effectiveness to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans and in-store promotions for all channels.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Owners to deliver effective campaigns.
- Manage POSM, in-store display, and visibility to enhance brand presence.
- Analyze sales performance, promotion results, and competitor activities to provide insights.
- Visit stores to evaluate execution quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support channel strategies to increase distribution, visibility, and sales growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Analyst, Marketing, or FMCG Distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally for store visits and market checks.
