A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Own the end-to-end trade marketing execution for Thailand, delivering best-in-class outlet execution, visibility, and commercial impact
- Drive channel-specific growth (MT / GT / On-trade) through superior activation & execution
- Act as the bridge between Brand, Sales, and Distributor, ensuring flawless execution and ROI delivery
B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in developing and executing annual / quarterly trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Implement in-store / in-outlet campaigns, promotions, and activations across channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, On-Trade) with heavy focus on On-Trade
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns at point of sale.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure promotions are executed effectively.
- Lead distributor execution performance (POSM rollout, activation quality, compliance)
- Manage production and distribution of POS materials (displays, signage, menu branding, shelf branding).
- Ensure brand visibility standards are met in stores/outlets.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit execution and compliance.
- Provide execution feedback and recommendations to marketing and sales teams.
- Track trade marketing budgets and ensure spending is within plan.
- Manage vendor quotations and production costs for POSM and activities.
- Evaluate ROI of campaigns and optimize investment to ensure continuous depletion growth and outlet expansion
C. BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Education:Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years experience in FMCG / beverage / alcohol trade marketing or sales execution roles preferred
- Strong commercial acumen (understanding of trade drivers, promotions effectiveness)
- Excellent execution discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Strong analytical capability
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage distributor partners
- Language: Thai (Native) and English (Fluent)
- Computer: Strong in Excel and Power Point
