Job description
- Develop and execute the category and channel strategy for traditional trade or modern trade and support the sale team to achieve sale target and market share
- Deliver the monthly activities / NPD launch plan on assigned channel, including evaluating pre & post activities
- Recommend the guideline of assortment, distribution, price, promotion and merchandising
- Analyze on sale data, market & competitor movement to identify the growth opportunity
- Control and review budget on each trade marketing activities
- Conduct the business review with key direct accounts
- Plan and collaborate with other function on POSM and instore activity
- Market visit with issue report
