Job Description :
- Developed marketing and sales strategies for PV modules and solar inverters to expand across all market segments. Experience working with the Electrical system installation.
- Established business partner networks with EPC contractors, developers, and tier-2 distributors experience working with the government agencies.
- Managed supply chain and inventory to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. Knowledge of network system architecture and software programming are advantage
- Built relationships with leading manufacturers and engaged in strategic business negotiation
- Oversaw distribution projects from quotation and credit approval to delivery
- Analyzed performance and profitability, providing reports and improvement plans to management.
- Conducted product and sales training for internal teams and partners.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / Electrical Products business, particularly PV modules and solar inverters
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development (B2B), with team management responsibility
- Strong network with key stakeholders such as EPC contractors, developers, distributors, and experience working with government agencies
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and installation, with a good understanding of the solar market
- Experience in supply chain, inventory, and distribution management to ensure cost efficiency and product availability
- Strong business negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers
- Ability to analyze sales performance and profitability (P&L), and provide strategic reports and business improvement plans
- Strong strategic thinking, market expansion planning, and end-to-end project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills for internal teams and business partners
- Knowledge of network system architecture or software programming is an advantage
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
