Responsibilities
· Support daily trading operations for complex financial products.
· Assist in pricing preparation, deal recording, documentation, reporting, and transaction monitoring.
· Maintain accurate data, records, spreadsheets, databases, and operational reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties when required.
· Improve and automate manual workflows using Python, SQL, AI tools, and other practical technologies.
· Support ad-hoc projects related to trading operations, systems, automation, and business improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics
- Strong programming skills
- Foundation in Python
- Foundation in SQL
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, prudent, organized, and responsible working style
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, structured products, ETFs, or options
- Experience with automation, data processing, reporting tools, APIs, VBA, dashboards, or database design
- Interest in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or workflow automation
- Experience with technologies such as: VBA (Excel automation), JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs and integrations , Git , Version control, Dashboard & visualization tools, Workflow automation tools
- CFA Level I–III is a plus
