Job Description

The TCM Practitioner provides holistic wellness consultations and treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to support guests overall well-being. This role delivers personalized treatment plans in alignment with Anantara Wellness's integrative luxury wellness philosophy, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality care while enhancing guest experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing TCM Practitioner.
Valid TCM Practitioner License / Certification, compliant with local regulatory requirements
Experience in wellness resorts, medical spas, wellness clinics, or integrative health centers preferred
Proven experience in conducting individual consultations and personalized treatment programs
Ability to design and implement customized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills with a guest-centric approach
