Role Description:

The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based at Kamalaya Koh Samui. The practitioner provides individualized TCM consultations, diagnoses using traditional methods, and administers treatments such as acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and related therapies in alignment with Kamalaya's wellness programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting guest assessments, documenting treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating closely with wellness consultants, physicians, and other health professionals.

This role is open to candidates with current authorisation to work in Thailand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a recognized institution (Essential)
• Valid professional license to practice Traditional Chinese Medicine in Thailand is required (Essential)
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in TCM - desirable if experienced in a wellness resort, integrative healthcare, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCM diagnosis and treatment, including syndrome differentiation and holistic treatment planning
• Ability to conduct comprehensive health consultations and develop personalized wellness programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with international guests.
• Excellent English communications skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with an integrative team of doctors, therapists, nutritionists, and wellness specialists.
