JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A Traffic Coordinator, Creative:
As a Traffic Coordinator at AirAsia, you will manage all incoming creative briefs and ensure smooth workflow within the team. You will communicate with requesters, assign tasks to designers, and manage timelines to keep projects on track. Your role is to follow up and ensure all work is delivered on time and aligned with the brief.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
Manage and coordinate all incoming creative briefs from request to final delivery, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between requesters and the creative team, clarifying briefs and ensuring smooth communication.
Assign tasks based on priority, workload, and skill set, while managing timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor project progress, proactively follow up, and resolve any delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure all outputs meet the agreed brief, timeline, and brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and organization.
Identify workflow issues and continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency.
Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and a fast-paced working environment.
WHO YOU ARE:
Minimum 1 years of experience in project coordination, traffic, or related roles in a creative environment (agency/in-house/production).
Open to all educational backgrounds, but must have a good understanding of the design process and creative workflows.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with requesters and creative teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive in following up and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Familiarity with workflow or project management tools is a plus.
Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
