Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Traffic Manager to manage workflow across POSM and digital projects within the agency, ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with client expectations.

Working closely with Senior Account Managers & Retail Designers, this role prioritizes projects, manages and allocates design resources, and maintains strong timeline control across multiple client workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow & Resource Management

  • Manage job intake across multiple client accounts
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines
  • Allocate creative, studio, and digital resources efficiently
  • Monitor workload capacity and flag potential bottlenecks
  • Ensure all projects move smoothly from briefing to final delivery

POSM Project Traffic

  • Coordinate artwork adaptation and rollout across SKUs and retail environments
  • Ensure artwork accuracy, version control, and readiness for release
  • Maintain alignment with approved brand guidelines

  • Counter units
  • Standee
  • Wobbler
  • Islands / Wrap around

Digital Campaign Traffic

  • Traffic digital assets across social, display, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms
  • Manage asset versioning and adaptation across formats and languages
  • Align deadlines with media booking schedules
  • Track campaign readiness prior to go live

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Support and coordinate daily WIP meetings with Account and Design teams and ensure briefs are complete and approved before studio release
  • Manage the studio tracker to oversee and manage resource allocation and timesheet compliance
  • Track scope changes and escalate risks to Account leadership
  • Maintain accurate status reporting across all live projects
  • Collaborate within a creative team, sharing work daily to deliver high-quality, on-brief FMCG and retail outputs
  • Maintain a well-organised project filing system in line with studio workflow processes

Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in traffic management, production coordination, or project management within an agency environment
  • Proven experience handling both POSM and digital campaign workflows
  • Strong understanding of retail rollout timelines
  • Strong understanding in Adobe design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with digital platform specifications
  • Experience using project management tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools, with application in retail environments, POSM development, and spatial visualisation.

Education:

  • College/university degree level of education, preferably with emphasis on subjects related to graphics design/studio/art/visuals
