We are supporting our client in searching for an experienced Trailer Operations to lead overall transport performance, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Trailer Operations, P&L, cost control, and service quality
- Lead and manage operational teams; ensure compliance with safety and regulations
- Handle customer/shipper issues and transportation incident investigations
- Improve efficiency through planning, budgeting, and process optimization
- Ensure effective trailer routing for on-time delivery performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years in Trailer Operations Management
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of trailer/fleet/transport operations
- Proactive, structured, strong leadership & decision-making skills
- Good English communication
