PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in basic food preparation and cooking as assigned.
  • Support kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas at all times.
  • Learn proper use of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily tasks, including A La Carte and buffet setup.
  • Follow instructions and be open to feedback for improvement.
  • Attend briefings and training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION

  • Report to Chef de Partie / Supervisor.
  • Maintain good teamwork with kitchen and other departments.

Others

  • Participate in training and development (IDP).
  • Support team operations as required.

Accountabilities

  • Represent the brand and maintain food quality and service standards.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Maintain confidentiality of hotel and operational information.

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying in Bachelor's degree (any field, culinary is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in cooking and kitchen operations.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Willing to learn, positive attitude, and good teamwork.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
