Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in basic food preparation and cooking as assigned.
- Support kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas at all times.
- Learn proper use of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs in daily tasks, including A La Carte and buffet setup.
- Follow instructions and be open to feedback for improvement.
- Attend briefings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION
- Report to Chef de Partie / Supervisor.
- Maintain good teamwork with kitchen and other departments.
Others
- Participate in training and development (IDP).
- Support team operations as required.

- Represent the brand and maintain food quality and service standards.

Job Requirements
- Currently studying in Bachelor's degree (any field, culinary is a plus).
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in cooking and kitchen operations.
- Basic English communication.
- Willing to learn, positive attitude, and good teamwork.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
