Job Description

About the Role

  • The HR Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance in HARMAN International Thailand. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, supports career development initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in workforce capability.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and safety standards.
  • Ensure new hires receive role-specific training and resources for a smooth integration.
  • Conduct training needs assessments at corporate and functional levels to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
  • Implement and maintain the Competency Model, design training programs aligned with competency requirements.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs using classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and communication posters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; prepare and submit training documentation to the Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน).
  • Support internal and external audits related to ISO, IATF, and other quality standards.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs; adjust programs to improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with managers, functional teams, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between trainers, employees, and management to ensure smooth execution of Learning & Development initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development within the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with training and development theories, practices, and competency models in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in preparing training records for submission to the Department of Skill Development is required
  • Prior experience with ISO / IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the full training cycle (analysis, planning, coordination, facilitation, evaluation, reporting).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools, MS Office, LMS, and digital platforms.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work systematically.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Passionate, result-oriented, and adaptable to changing situations. Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and e-learning tools.
