Training & Quality Assurance
Responsibilities
Training
- Develop and deliver training programs on securities products, trading platforms, compliance rules, and customer interaction standards.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Create training materials (manuals, e-learning modules, case studies) tailored to securities operations.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with regulations.
- Audit service processes to identify gaps in knowledge or compliance risks.
- Provide feedback and coaching to CS Lead based on QA findings.
- Collaborate with related team to follow up to align service standards with any requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Business/ Finance or any other related disciplines.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant dealing experience in equities and/or options in financial institutions and/or brokerage firms, with experience in Training and Quality Assurance.
- Must hold a valid IC Complex 1
- Strong communication skills to be communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Independent worker and a good team player with the capability to thrive under pressure and a good attitude are important traits.
