Training & Education Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• You will deliver impactful product presentations, handson trainings, and live demonstrations for customers in seminars, workshops, and dental laboratories.
• You will provide expert technical support, helping endusers troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions.
• You will equip internal teams and external partners with strong product knowledge, ensuring consistent understanding and market awareness of Ivoclar's portfolio.
• You will manage the Academy as per standard operating procedure of the company.
• You will represent Ivoclar at trade associations, industry events, and professional meetings to strengthen brand presence and build relationships.
• You will plan and execute product promotions, including coordinating events and activities for successful new product launches, managing KOL's and identifying new influencers.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in dental industry
• Formal dental education or certification as a Dentist.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Strong integrity, initiative, focus and solid organizational skills
