Job Description

  • Lead regional training strategy: Drive the technical training strategy for Thailand and assigned regional markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives and acting as the primary focal point for all technical training initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy training programs: Standardize, implement, and continuously enhance refrigeration and HVACR technical training programs across the region in alignment with global competency and certification frameworks.
  • Manage training centers: Oversee the Thailand Technical Training Center as a regional center of excellence and support the establishment and improvement of training facilities in other markets as needed.
  • Build trainer capability: Develop and lead a regional trainer network through TraintheTrainer programs, coaching, capability development, and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Serve as technical authority: Act as the regional expert on advanced and sustainable refrigeration technologies (CO, NH, A2L/lowGWP), ensuring safety, compliance, and technical accuracy across all training activities.
  • Drive collaboration, performance & innovation: Partner with Engineering, Service, Sales, and AfterSales teams to support internal and external training; monitor training KPIs and governance; and advance digital, blended, and innovative learning solutions to strengthen workforce capability.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Training Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes, ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the business services industry and its training requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant training tools and technologies.
  • A commitment to fostering professional growth and continuous learning.
