Security - Training Manager
G4S Thailand is recruiting a Training Manager to facilitate high-level technical instruction for a new infrastructure project located on the border of Rayong and Sunbury provinces. Situated approximately 50km from Pattaya, this role serves as the primary link between international security standards and local operational execution at our remote sites. In this dual-impact position, you will lead all training initiatives and act as the Assistant Site Manager, providing critical leadership support for the entire operation.
Core Responsibilities
- Update and suggest improvements to the approved training curriculum.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training sessions based on global materials.
- Maintain meticulous records of all certifications and licensing to ensure the staff is 100% audit-ready at all times
- Conduct periodic audits of all training records and document officer performance.
- Translate global training modules into culturally relevant Thai versions without losing technical accuracy.
- Act as the Assistant Site Manager and step in to lead the operation whenever the Site Manager is absent.
- Perform post inspections to verify adherence to Post Orders.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder with experience in training, HR, or team support.
- High-level spoken and written English proficiency for daily international communication.
- Skilled in delivering engaging classroom-based modules and practical, hands-on field exercises for newly assigned officers.
- Energetic professional capable of acting as a bridge between international trainers and local operations.
- Ability to take global training manuals from the APAC hub and adapt them into culturally relevant, Thai-language modules without losing technical accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a remote site environment and relocate or reside locally during the week.
- Thai Security Licence
