We are seeking a highly energetic and dynamic Training Specialist (System Management) to empower our dealer networks for the prestigious BYD & DENZA brands. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic training consultant and instructor—developing cutting-edge sales and marketing courses, managing the digital academy system, and bridging communication with our Global Headquarters in both Chinese and English. Job Descriptions:
- Conduct and deliver training classes for BYD & DENZA brands and assigned topics.
- Act as a training consultant to REVER Automotive to ensure activities meet KPIs.
- Manage student registrations and participation within the BYD ACADEMY System.
- Develop new courses, outlines, slide presentations, and workshop activities.
- Visit and observe dealers to interview role models and gather feedback for course improvement.
- Administer the BYD ACADEMY System and coordinate with BYD HQ to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor monthly NPS and Mystery Shopper scores, analyze data, and suggest solutions.
- Translate business documents, reports, and proposals into the Chinese language.
- Provide Chinese interpretation for routine operations, meetings, and company events.
- Analyze training and manpower data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and update Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for the Training Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, IT, Education, or related fields with 5+ years as an Automotive Sales/Marketing Trainer (HQ experience preferred).
- Proficient in both Chinese and English.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel Pivot/Dashboard, PowerPoint), LMS, and AI tools for work (Video creation is a plus).
- Good understanding of ICE & NEV (EV), automotive sales/marketing (Online/Offline), and course development.
- Strong presentation and training skills (Certified is a plus), with knowledge in Up-selling, Cross-selling, and Social Media training.
- Highly passionate, energetic, and dynamic personality.
- Must have a valid driving license and be able to travel up-country or abroad.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
