Location: Nonthaburi Thailland

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees
- Coordinate employee ID card issuance, face scan registration, and system access setup
- Support new joiners on their first day, including orientation schedule, and coordination with relevant departments
- Coordinate and organize internal training programs (schedule, venue, materials, attendance records, and reports)
- Liaise with the Department of Skill Development (DSD) for training registration, documentation, and submission
- Maintain and update employee training records and training database
- Prepare training-related documents and reports in compliance with company policy and DSD requirements
- Work closely with HR and departments to ensure smooth onboarding and training processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, onboarding, or HR support
- Familiar with training documentation and coordination with government agencies (DSD) is an advantage
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to handle multiple tasks
