Are you an experienced Training Professional with a passion for developing people in fast-paced, highly regulated environments We are seeking a seasoned Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability across a complex aviation organization.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical, operational, and professional training programs in Aviation Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide training and development programs.
- Develop and deliver training solutions through classroom, virtual, practical, and blended learning methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions in both Thai and English for employees at all organizational levels.
- Create and manage English language proficiency and workforce development initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analyses and identify competency gaps across departments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop effective learning content and instructional materials.
- Measure training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on post-training feedback and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training records, learning curricula, and compliance documentation.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to strengthen internal training capabilities.
- Support enterprise-wide systems training, including ERP and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and contribute to operational excellence programs.
- Ensure all training activities comply with aviation regulatory requirements, safety standards, quality frameworks, and company policies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational discipline, Lean, and 5S methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 10+ years of Training & Development experience, with proven success in designing and delivering complex learning programs
- 10+ years of experience within Aviation, Aerospace, Airlines, MRO, Defense, Manufacturing, or other high-risk/high-reliability environments
- Strong experience facilitating training programs in both Thai and English
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, competency development, and training effectiveness measurement
- Experience supporting compliance-driven organizations and regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence employees, leaders, and executives across multiple functions
- Experience leading continuous improvement, process enhancement, or operational excellence initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing people
