The Team

Due to strong growth in our Thai tax practice, we are looking to hire Senior Associate / Associate level candidates (depending on experience) in our transfer pricing service line. Our Thai tax practice covers all aspects of tax advisory services, including M&A tax due diligence, tax structuring, transfer pricing advisory and compliance services, general tax advisory services etc. This position will lead and/or execute a diverse range of complex transfer pricing assignments.

How You Will Contribute

  • Documentation & Compliance: Lead the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) in compliance with OECD guidelines and Thai regulations.
  • Economic Analysis: Perform in-depth functional analysis (FAR analysis) to understand clients value chains. Conduct economic analysis and benchmarking studies to determine arm's length pricing ranges.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and review complex financial models to value intangible assets, analyze intercompany loans, and test pricing policies.
  • Advisory: Assist in the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for business restructurings, supply chain transformations, and M&A due diligence.
  • TP Controversy and Dispute Resolution: Assist clients in navigating transfer pricing audits and support the end-to-end process of Advance Prciing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures.
  • Business development: Support Managers and Partners in business development activities, including drafting proposals, preparing pitch decks, and identifying new service opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications


  • Degree or Postgraduate degree in Accountancy and/or related major business, economic, commerce, law, or related are preferred.
  • 0-2 years of transfer pricing work experience for Associate level and minimum 2 years transfer pricing experience for Senior Associate level.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
