Role Purpose:
Leads the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and ensures change outcomes are realized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define transformation governance model
- Track benefits, value realization, and KPIs
- Align business, technology, and operating changes
- Support executive decision‑making
- Drive organizational alignment
Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years leading large‑scale transformations
- Proven TMO leadership experience
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement
- Telecom / enterprise background preferred
