A leading multinational organization specializing in the development of built-in production lines, process equipment and plant facilities. We are actively seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our talent pool. The successful candidate will eventually lead a team of subsidiaries in spearheading digital transformation and ERP integration initiatives, alongside optimizing the organization's business strategies.
Responsibilities Provide assistance to company subsidiaries on their ERP and business transformation activities as follows.
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP/ERP implementations, migrations, and system optimizations across the group
- Responsible for system cost analysis and driving initiatives to reduce operational costs by streamlining business processes
- Identify and analyze potential technology projects and monitor ERP/digital transformation project trends
- Introduce the IT and system capabilities of the company and subsidiaries to potential internal and external stakeholders
- Manage IT sourcing on request from subsidiaries, as well as handle contract interaction with local software vendors and SAP contractors
- Participate in project meetings and support the resolution of system execution and technical issues
- Support subsidiaries on their project follow-ups to ensure successful system adoption
- Organize and implement internal customer relations, surveying user satisfaction and assisting subsidiaries in the development of the Feasibility Study for their intended IT/ERP projects
Qualifications
- Local / Permanent Resident / Expatriate Talent are welcome to apply
- Bachelor of Science engineering degree or a related IT/Computer Science degree
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial project-based environments, with a strong focus on SAP specialization, ERP management, and full-cycle system transformation
- Good technical background to allow the understanding of equipment specifications, manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Knowledge of Thailand's industrial sector
- Strong business acumen
