Transport coordinator

Responsibilities

• Principle liaison for the Harley Davidson Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) contract between Thailand and USA

• Transport Order Management

• Premium freight/adhoc shipment management

• Shipment visibility & proactive event management

• In-Transit material management

  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing effective route of each type of carriers provide by forwarder and carriers.

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and generates daily/weekly report. Issue daily, weekly, monthly forecasting to support business.

  • Provide effective reports total average transit time and distribution to management.

  • Alter and track to customer within the decision time.

  • Coordinate and interact with forwarder, Customer, transportation and system configuration to support business request.

• Fright invoice audit and payment with claim support

• Planning dispute resolution and push back on Harley issues

• Support carrier KPI management - OTC & OTD

• Support carrier incidents management and escalation.

• New carrier and supplier's implementation & stabilization

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years working experiences in Logistics or Warehousing, 4PL and Import/Export background

• Good communication of English and Thai required

• PC Literate, Power Point, MS Excel (advance) is a must (such as V Look up , Pivot , Basic Excel formula)

• Able to analyze information and coordination internal and export stakeholders is mandatory

• Ability to work within team, conscientiously and under pressure

• Able to work in shift timing base on manager request
  - Shift (To be adjusted base on manager) : 07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00
