Transport Maintenance Section Manager

Responsibilities

1. Manage overall truck fleet maintenance to meet availability KPIs for Big C and Lotus.
2. Oversee PM scheduling and ensure timely completion with cost control.
3. Manage tyre operations including planning, replacement, purchasing, and budget compliance.
4. Control spare parts stock to ensure accuracy and adequate availability.
5. Ensure safety compliance and support incident/accident investigations.
6. Lead mechanics and inspectors, including task assignment, manpower planning, and OT control.
7. Coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Procurement to support service performance and issue resolution.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related fields.
2. 5-7 years of experience in truck fleet maintenance, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of PM, tyres, spare parts, and defect management.
4. Good leadership and cross-functional communication, especially for Big C and Lotus operations.
5. Language: Thai (required), English (basic working level).
