• Ensure products to be checked before loading.
• Ensure Store transfer.
• Inform the manager immediately in the event of delivery delays, service failures or accidents.
• Inform the manager of any exceptions
• Recheck the data accuracy and amend the errors
• Any reasonable jobs assigned by Direct line Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the operations of BigC Own Fleet to ensure smooth execution.
• Focus on achieving on-time delivery performance for all BigC Own Fleet operations.
• Optimize truck utilization and ensure driver availability to support operational efficiency.
• Support and uphold all safety programs related to truck and transport operations.
• Assist in emergency response procedures and coordinate with insurance representatives when required.
• Supervise employees within the assigned unit to ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, instructions, and work procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transport or logistics operations.
• Good communication skills in Thai and basic English.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
