Job Description

About us

Accurately collect all transport data as required by manager

Collect and file all transport documents as per process Checkand prepare sub-contractor billing

OTD tracking and report daily

Follow the daily transport plan

Asset control and stock monitoring in system

RTV (Return to vendor) are allocated and tracked

Store transfers are allocated and tracked

Responsibilities

Leading in Transport Network
Focusing in on time delivery of Transport Network
To optimize trucks utilization and driver availability.
To support all safety programs, which related to truck operations
To support the emergency response program and also coordinate with insurance representative
Supervise the employee in the unit of responsibility to comply with the rule, regulation, instruction, order or
Measures of safety at work.
Instruct the correct method of safety operation to the employees in the unit of responsibility.
Inspect the reason for the injury, sickness or disturbance due to working of the employees.
To supervise and control all trucks operations as per company procedures
To support all safety programs, which related to truck operations

Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in Transport Operation background
Good communication both in Thai and English speaking
Accounting and billing experience
