Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, control, and manage transportation operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the transportation team, drivers, and related personnel to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Monitor and control transportation costs while analyzing and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Track, evaluate, and report team performance, including the establishment and monitoring of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, transportation regulations, and all applicable legal and company requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in transport/logistics operations with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and able to communicate in English.
