Position : Transportation Manager

Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage product delivery operations, including transportation routes and delivery schedules, to maximize operational efficiency
- Supervise and manage drivers, delivery staff, and related teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Monitor and ensure the readiness of transportation vehicles, including preventive maintenance programs
- Control transportation costs such as fuel expenses, labor costs, and maintenance costs within the assigned budget
- Analyze and resolve operational issues such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, delivery delays, and customer complaints
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, production, and project teams to ensure efficient delivery operations
- Prepare operational reports, summarize KPIs, and present performance data to management for analysis and process improvement
- Develop and improve transportation systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
Qualifications :
- At least 3–7 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of route planning, transportation management, and vehicle maintenance
