Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will interact with travelers to understand their preferences, provide destination guidance, and recommend suitable itineraries for road trips, treks, and other experiences. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements, handling bookings and reservations, and coordinating logistics with vendors and internal teams. The role involves responding to inquiries across multiple channels, offering timely customer support before, during, and after trips, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism. The Travel Consultant will also assist in maintaining accurate records in booking systems, updating travel information and policies, and contributing insights to improve trip offerings and traveler experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to tailor trips to diverse traveler needs and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including transport, accommodation, and activity bookings.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools or CRM systems, and comfort working with digital platforms and online payment processes.
- Knowledge of popular Indian travel destinations, especially road-trip and trekking circuits; prior group travel or tourism experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including occasional weekend or holiday availability based on travel schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Collaborative mindset, high attention to detail, and a genuine passion for travel and community-building.
