What You'll Do
- Respond to and manage highend travel requests from agents with professionalism and warmth.
- Design tailormade luxury itineraries and travel packages that reflect client preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate reservations for hotels, restaurants, suppliers, and all services included in complex itineraries.
- Ensure all travel details, passenger information, and logistics are accurately updated in our systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Maximize revenue by upselling and recommending premium services and tours.
- Handle payments, deposits, and invoicing in coordination with the Accounting team.
- Achieve strong conversion rates by turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages (preferred).
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Detailed destination and product knowledge of Thailand.
- Experience in reservations, quotations, and tailormade travel planning (FIT/GIT experience preferred).
- Familiarity with international markets (UK, USA, Europe, Latin America).
- Knowledge of travel operating systems (Travel Studio, Tourplan, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to showcase Amazing Thailand to the world.
