We're looking for a Traveller Support Agent to assist an international clientele and help deliver smooth, high-quality travel experiences.
Your Role
Support travellers in real time, manage requests and unexpected situations, and ensure excellent service throughout their journey.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in customer support or hospitality in the travel industry
- Fluent French & English required. Additional languages, are a plus
- Passion for travel and global destinations
- Empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
- Flexible working hours

- Confident using CRM and operational tools
