What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily business operations between Thailand and regional teams.
- Serve as the communication bridge between Thai, Mandarin, and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Translate business documents, presentations, meeting discussions, and operational communications.
- Assist management with project tracking, reporting, and operational follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and internal administrative processes.
- Improve operational workflows and support business process optimization.
- Liaise with headquarters and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Thai citizen or holder of valid working rights in Thailand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Chinese Studies, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in: Thai, Chinese, English
- HSK certification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Administration, Customer Support, Coordination, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates with excellent language skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology industries.
- Experience supporting regional or cross-border teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or operational platforms.
- Experience translating business or technical documents is a plus.
