This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trip Leader located in Thailand. The Trip Leader will be responsible for planning and leading group travel experiences, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating travel logistics, managing itineraries, handling emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service. The Trip Leader will also facilitate group activities and ensure that all participants have a memorable and enriching experience.

• Experience in planning and leading group travel experiences
• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Knowledge of Thailand and surrounding regions is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
