Job Purpose
Trouble shooting & Coordinate with the Manufacturing team to improve and solve all defects of VC new products to achieve the target yield, with economical cost and within quality expectation.
Responsibilities
- Support and assistance NPD Industrialization Manager to work together with Manufacturing industrialization and production to improve and solve all defects and achieve target yield, 30 samples for the Cpk through QA.
- Ensure availability of all related tools and equipment of VC new products for the industrialization phase. Strictly implement the NPD process starting from the block molds pre-debugging up to the full bank debugging.
- Coordinate between R&D Evaluation and QA Manufacturing team for samples preparation and submits for approval.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing team and if necessary provides technical expertise/assistance during designing stage and in production process and troubleshooting VC new products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree ID (Industrial design) or related field
- Fair of English in both writing and speaking
- Experience 1-3 years for Blocking and Modeling or of related experience
- Positive and CAN DO Attitude
