Develop and maintain turnaround work package, invitation to bidding (ITB) and standard operating procedures for turnaround services to ensure best-practice management.
Continuously improve shutdown and turnaround plans and processes to reduce costs and time
Lead action plans and focused improvement projects to optimize processes and achieve specific objectives.
Collaborate with turnaround technicians and engineers to share knowledge and improve current practices.
Qualification
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
0–6 years experience in Turnaround/Shutdown, Maintenance Engineering, or project execution in petrochemical plants
Experience in preparing work packages, specifications, or ITB documents is an advantage
Good communication in Thai and English (TOEIC ≥ 550)
