UAE Corporate Tax – Manager / Associate Director (Top MNC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking high-caliber Tax Professionals to join a leading MNC in a leadership capacity. You will be responsible for leading complex UAE Corporate Tax engagements, managing high-level client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This is a 5-day work-from-office role based in Gurgaon/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle UAE Corporate Tax compliance, advisory, and consulting assignments
• Assist clients in tax structuring, planning, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns, documentation, and reports
• Conduct research on UAE tax laws, regulations, and updates
• Support client engagements and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless execution
• For Manager/AD roles: Lead engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–10+ years of strong Corporate Tax experience.
• Note: UAE Corporate Tax experience is preferred; however, significant experience in US or India Corporate Tax will also be considered.
• Education: Full-time Postgraduate (Mandatory). Please note that non-qualified or non-full-time PG profiles will not be considered.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, strategic analytical thinking, and high-level client-handling abilities.
