Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive UAT Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a new digital bank. You will work closely with business users, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure systems, products, and processes are fully validated before go-live.
This role is ideal for someone who understands banking operations and system flows and enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and prepare UAT test scenarios, test cases, test conditions and expected results
- Execute UAT test cases and support business users during UAT execution
- Ensure test coverage across customer journeys, products, and operations
- Log and track defects with clear documentation
- Work with IT and vendors to resolve issues
- Support preparation of test data and environment readiness
- Maintain UAT documentation, trackers, and reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years experience in software testing or UAT
- Experience in banking or financial services (core banking, payments, lending, digital channels, operations, etc.) is preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes and transaction flows
- Experience in test case design and defect management
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks
