Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for UOB's Digital Banking and Wealth platforms. The role requires strong expertise in UOB TMRW, Equity Trading platforms, and End-to-End Order Lifecycle Management, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital and investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
UAT Leadership
- Lead end-to-end UAT planning, execution, defect management, and test closure activities.
- Define UAT strategy, scope, timelines, test scenarios, and success criteria.
- Manage UAT governance, status reporting, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate testing across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
Digital Banking & UOB TMRW Testing
- Lead testing for UOB TMRW mobile and digital banking initiatives.
- Validate customer journeys including onboarding, account services, portfolios, investment dashboards, notifications, and digital servicing.
- Ensure seamless integration between TMRW and underlying banking systems.
Equity Trading & Wealth Management Testing
- Validate Equity Trading business processes covering:
- Account opening and onboarding
- Portfolio & holdings management
- Equity order placement and execution
- Settlement and custody
- Trade confirmations and reporting
- Support testing across front-office, middle-office, and back-office workflows.
End-to-End Order Lifecycle Management
- Drive testing of complete trade lifecycle:
- Pre-trade validations and compliance checks
- Order creation, amendment, cancellation, and execution
- Trade settlement and reconciliation
- Position and holdings updates
- Portfolio reporting and customer notifications

Defect & Quality Management
- Lead defect triage and prioritization with business and technology teams.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, coverage, and defect closure.
- Ensure release readiness and business sign-off.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with Product Owners, Business Users, Operations, Technology Teams, Vendors, and Senior Management.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, test reviews, defect discussions, and UAT sign-off sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 8+ years of Banking/Financial Services testing experience.
- 3+ years as UAT Lead.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital banking and wealth management programs.
